If Tsunami Pro isn't what you expected, tell us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. No form to fill in, no reason required. This applies the same way to the monthly subscription and to the 30-day pass.
Two ways, both fine:
Reply to the receipt email you got from Paddle — they are our Merchant of Record and process every refund. Or write to hello@tsunamitcg.com and we will start it for you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle usually completes them within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel later in a billing period, we don't refund the remainder of that month — but your access stays active until the period you paid for ends, and nothing further is charged.
Cancel any time through the link in your Paddle receipt, or ask us.
The 30-day pass is a single payment with no renewal, so there is nothing to cancel: after 14 days it is not refunded, and it simply ends when its 30 days are over.
If we fail to publish for a prolonged period, or you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund it regardless of the 14-day window. That is our mistake to fix, not your problem to absorb.
We may decline a refund where an account has shared or redistributed subscriber-only material, which is covered in section 5 of our Terms. This is the only case we expect to use, and we will explain the reason if it ever applies.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. Where local law grants a longer refund window than the one above, that longer window applies.
