Who is responsible

The data controller is Ricardo Shinji Nakadomari, trading as Tsunami TCG. Contact: hello@tsunamitcg.com.

The public pages do not track you

The public pages on tsunamitcg.com (home, terms, refunds, this policy) set no cookies, run no analytics, and embed nothing from third parties — fonts and styles are served from this domain. Reading them leaves us with nothing that identifies you. The Tsunami panel works a little differently; see “The Tsunami panel” below.

The one exception is the checkout: Paddle's script (Paddle.js) is loaded only when you click Subscribe and are signed in, never while you simply read a page. From that moment the payment window is run by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you.

What we hold if you subscribe

When you subscribe to Tsunami Pro (or buy a 30-day pass):

Payment data is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your card details go to Paddle and never reach us. We receive your email address, your country, and the status of your subscription — the minimum needed to give you access and to answer support questions.

Discord access. To deliver the reports we need your Discord username so we can assign your subscriber role. That is stored alongside your subscription status.

The Tsunami panel (tsunamitcg.com/painel)

The free part of the panel opens without an account, and we count, anonymously, how many times each free report is opened. That count holds nothing that identifies who opened it: no account, no identifier, no cookie.

An account is used for Tsunami Pro. If you create one, we hold your email address and name, and your login session is kept in your browser so you stay signed in. This is the same account used at DeckOcular. Accounts and sign-in are run by Supabase, our database and login provider.

When you are signed in and open a report, we record which report you opened and when, linked to your account. We use this only to decide which reports to keep and how to improve them. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. These records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your account and your panel history at any time by writing to hello@tsunamitcg.com.

The panel itself loads its code and fonts from tsunamitcg.com; nothing is fetched from third-party sites apart from the connection to Supabase described above and, only after you click Subscribe, Paddle's checkout.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We process this data to perform the contract you entered into when subscribing, and to meet the accounting and tax obligations that come with being paid.

For the panel: we process your account data to give you access to it, and the record of reports opened for our legitimate interest in keeping the reports that people actually use.

Who else sees it

Only the providers that make the service work: Paddle (payments), Discord (delivery), Supabase (panel accounts, sign-in and the record of reports opened), and our hosting provider. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Subscription and contact data is kept while your subscription is active. After it ends we keep the records needed for tax and accounting for as long as the law requires, and delete the rest.

Panel account data is kept while the account exists. The record of reports opened is deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. Write to hello@tsunamitcg.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK and believe we handled your data badly, you may complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Brazil, the relevant authority is the ANPD.

Children

Tsunami Pro is not sold to children under 16. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will cancel and refund it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material is announced to subscribers in the Discord server.
